The Cobi Rehab XXL shower commode has been specifically designed as a showering solution for bariatric people, supporting a very high user weight of 325kg.
The functional, user-friendly design provides good support for a mobile user to get into and out of the commode independently. The armrests are positioned to protrude out 70mm from the seat base, making them easy to access.
The practical design of the commode ensures transfers, positioning and cleaning is made easier for the carer.

  • The extra 70mm between the edge of seat to the armrests and the 50mm high PU
  • PU seat allows additional space for the user
  • The footrests can take up to 100kg each and are covered with a tough PU
  • PU foam for both durability and comfort
  • The foot supports can be swung away, removed or width adjusted up to 1100mm apart
  • A wide internal seat to accommodate the user, while the external width still fits through most modern doorways
  • Large space between back rest and seat for space to fit a sling around the user
  • Split toilet seat with a long open hole, provides easy access for cleaning and hygiene
  • Armrests extend an additional 70mm beyond at the front of the seat base for support when entering and exiting the commode
  • The PU foam of the toilet seat, backrest, armrest and footrest cover is easily cleanable and can be replaced if required
